No email prior to an autoorder being delivered which I didn't need and don't remember signing up for autoorder. Unable to log into my account to cancel the auto order . No phone # available.. email only. no response 24 hrs later.

I mistakenly ordered the same item 2 days in a row
I ordered two snuffle mats on 9 May for our two one-year-old golden doodles. I received an email from Paul safe this morning saying I had left something in my cart and I thought my order hadnt gone through because I didnt order any add-ons. I shouldve checked my credit card transactions online before ordering two more, so that was my error. I sent an email explaining this, but one business day probably wont prevent the second order from being processed, packaged and prepared for shipping. A customer service phone number probably wouldve allowed me to cancel the order and save pawsafe and myself the hassle of a return.
